At Western Evergreen, we guarantee that we will ship healthy, true to name plants, while taking as much care as possible to ensure you orders arrives in great condition.
Once an order is packaged for shipment, we are unable to issue a refund or make any changes to the order items that are already boxed up and ready to depart. This is generally when the order status has changed to “Awaiting Shipping”.
Since plants are a perishable item, we are unable to accept returns. However, if an item arrives in poor condition from the shipping process, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery, providing pictures of the damaged plant and any damaged packaging, and we will work to remedy the situation with either a replacement, or store credit when appropriate.
In the case there is a concern, we will ask the customer to give us a status report after a few months that the plant is in the ground. We work hard to ensure our plants are secured well for shipping, but things can happen. Some minor cosmetic flaws are normal, especially after the shipping process.
