Low Glow originated as a dwarf witch's broom seedling selected by Dr Sidney Waxman of the University of Connecticut in the mid 1980's. It definitely lives up to its name with glowing lime green needles and short, thick, tan branches giving this garden gem a special color and texture. The long-pointed buds form a star-burst pattern at the end of each branch. Mounding rounded habit spreads slowly with age. The perfect plant for a focal point or as an accent.
