Orders of $199 and above have FREE UPS Ground Shipping.
Orders below $199 have a flat UPS Ground shipping rate of $20.
Your order will typically ship within 10 days of ordering. If you would like to receive your order at a later date, please indicate the preferred shipping week in the comments at the time of ordering.
Between May 15th, and September 15th, we recommend choosing 3 Day UPS shipping at check out between . 3 Day UPS orders will generally only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure the plants the least possible transit time. Please note that even though UPS is very reliable and usually on-time, three days is not guaranteed by them. Orders shipped by UPS Ground will ship nearly every day of the week, as long as weather conditions and temps look favorable. Though we only ship when we feel it is safe to do so, some plants may look a little wilted or the color may be off from the shipping process if they are actively growing. As a reminder, always water well and place in the shade for several days to acclimate to their new environment. When your order arrives, please water two or three times over the first hour to really saturate the soil.
During the hot summer months, it is possible for shipping to be delayed several weeks until conditions are favorable for shipping without plants being damaged. WE WILL NOT SHIP ORDERS IF CONDITIONS ARE TOO HOT. If you would like your order held for Fall shipping, please let us know at the time of checkout and we will make sure to note that on your order.
Once an order is packaged for shipment, we are unable to issue a refund or make any changes to the order items that are already boxed up and ready to depart. This is generally when the order status has changed to “Awaiting Shipping”.
