'Blue Pearl' is a miniature, flattened-globose selection of Colorado spruce with stubby, radiating branching and species-typical, sky blue needles. This cultivar originated as a witch's broom found in the late 1980s on a specimen of 'Fat Albert' at Iseli Nursery, Boring, Oregon, USA
